ALEJANDRO SALAZAR

Alejandro Salazar was born and raised in Miami, FL. He embarked on his real estate career in 2007 during the onset of the market downturn. Demonstrating resilience, Alejandro led a real estate team that represented banks, managing and marketing REO (foreclosures) properties. For three consecutive years, he successfully averaged one sale per week.

As the market began to recover and foreclosure opportunities dwindled, Alejandro transitioned to condo sales, successfully selling the remaining inventory for a development in Coral Gables, FL. Around 2012, he shifted his focus to the real estate boom in Brickell and Downtown Miami. During this period, he honed his skills in identifying underperforming real estate assets ripe for redevelopment.

In 2017, Alejandro partnered with ALTA Developers, a prominent development group, to form ALTA Realtors. Collaborating with then-CEO Rodrigo Gana, they later established UBIICA, a firm dedicated to acquiring and assembling properties to create development opportunities from Orlando to Coral Gables. A significant aspect of his work involves his daily participation in foreclosure county auctions throughout Florida through RETCO (Real Estate Trading Company), purchasing and flipping properties.

Throughout his diverse career, Alejandro has sold over 300 properties, consistently helping family and friends acquire properties, showcasing his dedication and passion for real estate. In his spare time, he enjoys the cherished company of his wife Lucy, and their two boys.
